Surf and turf for carnivores
Meat lovers, rejoice! Warm up during these chilly days with the ultimate main course combining seafood and red meat at the Kitchen Table, W Beijing Chang'An. The Surf & Turf Family Gathering (1,388 yuan/$199), good for 6-8 people, includes two Boston lobsters, two scampi prawns, grilled salmon (500g), grilled ribeye (1,000g) and lamb chop (1,000g). The meat is served with a side vegetable dish containing grilled pumpkin, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and potatoes. The meal is also available for delivery.

The king of scallops
Scallops are a popular ingredient in both Chinese and Western cooking. When we eat scallops, we usually are referring to the round, fleshy white meat in the shell, which is the scallop's adductor muscle. There are many ways to eat scallops such as grilled, baked, deep fried, broiled and steamed. Choy's Seafood, the Chinese restaurant at the Beijing Marriott Hotel Northeast, is promoting various ways to eat the large scallop king until the end of February. Have it stir-fried with greens, deep fried with Sichuan peppercorns or coated with oats.

Super-value dim sum brunch
Spending less than $20 on unlimited dim sum at a five-star hotel during the weekend is not something you have to fight for, as long as you have a balance on your WeChat account. Tailored dishes for champagne
Delamotte Blanc de Blancs Brut, champagne made by chardonnay from France, is one of the best champagnes in the world. To celebrate the holiday season, Chef Fabio Nompleggio with Cépe designed several creative dishes to pair with the champagne. His recommendations are "Truffle Ravioli, Yellow Chicken Consommé, Hazelnuts" and "Cod Fish, Jerusalem Artichoke, Black Ink Powder Paprika Crust". A 3-5 course special set menu will set you back 588-888 yuan.

Start to make Valentine's Day plans
Valentine's Day this year falls soon after the Spring Festival holiday. As you are busy preparing gifts and making holiday plans with your family, you may want to secure a dinner table for Valentine's Day before it is too late.
