The guest chefs Bui Quang Binh & Vu Anh Duc from Sheraton Hanoi, join The Westin Guangzhou for a journey of Vietnamese cuisine influenced by the Asian five elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal & Water. The Vietnamese dishes on offer also reflect Chinese and French influences and regional differences from the North to the South of Vietnam.

Vietnamese food is a light and healthy cuisine of South Asia, using abundant fresh herbs and vegetables, delicate soups, the famous Vietnamese Pho and stir-fries, and well-seasoned grilled foods served on, or with, rice or noodles are all Vietnamese delicacies. Accompanied by traditional beverages, such as Cà phê sữa đá, a strong iced coffee, Trà đá chanh, chilled lemon tea and Sinh tố, Vietnamese fruit smoothie with durian or mango with sweet condensed milk.
