Prime Steakhouse "Le Grill" Opens in Sofitel Guangzhou

Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich announced the opening of its Upscale Dining steakhouse Le Grill Steakhouse, formerly Robata Grill & Bar.

Le Grill Steakhouse introduces the innovative cuisine of Chef Nicolas Vienne, a renowned multi-award winning French chef with more than 12 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience. Nicolas Vienne was trained by Alain Ducasse and Joel Robuchon former's Chef Eric Briffard – both world famous Michelin Star Chefs.

Le Grill menu covers specialties like in-house dry-aged steaks and prime cuts of the best meat from around the world, cooked on a unique wood fire parilla grill. Nicolas Vienne's creations complement an ever changing menu revolving around the finest ingredients. Foie gras, seafood, lamb, handcrafted desserts, theatrical tableside flamb├ęs and table-side preparations for salads and beef tartar are all present, while Sofitel's inimitable wine selection served by chief sommelier Joe Wen matches the most demanding palates.

The modern and elegant restaurant design features two walk-through wine cellars, an open kitchen and intimate private dining areas with panoramic views to create a memorable dining experience. The superb secluded Chef's Table is ideal for wine tastings and celebrations.

Le Grill is located on 6th floor, opening hours from 6:00pm to 10:00pm daily for dinner only.
