Chef Luca Returns to LIMONI Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou with New Menu

On September 15, The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou invited more than 70 community leaders and journalists to experience selections from LIMONI Italian Restaurant's 15 new menu choices.

The event, which doubled as a celebration of Chef de Cuisine Luca Pecorari's return to Guangzhou after a seven-month sabbatical in Italy, featured live cooking demonstrations from Executive Chef Daniel Schmidt, Chef Luca and Sous-Chef Sven Wunram as they prepared samples of pumpkin risotto, lobster gnocchi and nitrogen ice cream with meringue -- three of the 15 new items on LIMONI's daily menu that were inspired by Chef Luca's half-year journey through his homeland.
