Peanuts with Pepper Salt

Ingredients:

250 grams (0.55 lb) peanuts
800 grams (1 3/5 cup) oil (only 30 g or 2 tbsp to be consumed)
10 grams (2 tsp) pepper salt

Directions:

1. Either buy the pepper salt at a grocery store or make it by baking and then grinding Chinese prickly ash and mixing that with salt at a ratio of 1/2 prickly ash and 1/2 salt.

2. Put the peanuts and oil in a wok over a low fire to gradually roast the peanuts. Take out and put on a plate. Sprinkle on the pepper salt. When The dish cools off, it is ready to serve.

features: Crispy and aromatic.

Taste: Strong Peppery and salty taste.
