Crispy Cow Peas


200 grams (0.44 lb) cow peas
1 gram (1/6 tsp) salt
1 gram (1/4 tsp) MSG
5 grams (1 tsp) oil


1. Wash the cow peas clean and cut into sections 0.5 cm (0.2 inch) long. Boil them for 3 minutes. Take out and drain off the water.

2. Put the cow peas in a basin, add the salt and MSG. Heat the oil to around 200ºC (390ºF) and pour on the cow peas.

Features: Invitingly green

Taste: Salty and refreshing.
