This April, the Sheraton hotel in Macao will launch a buffet promotion featuring the bold flavors of Thai cuisine, one of Asia's hottest and most diverse culinary traditions.
Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central will present the "Luxury Thai Food Collection" at the restaurant Xin. Three top guest chefs from Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok have been invited to create what's sure to be an outstanding menu, carefully tailored to showcase the authentic flavors and exciting taste combinations of Thai dishes. These specially designed menus will be available until April 17.
Recognized in Macao as a one-of-a-kind Asian hotpot and seafood restaurant, Xin's "Luxury Thai Food Collection" will feature a variety of fragrant soups for hotpot lovers. Two classic Thai soup bases - Tom Yam Goong and Northern Thai Style Yellow Curry Soup (Khao Soi Mee Yok) - are certain to especially pique diners' taste buds.
