Potato Wedges

Fast, easy, and delicious; potato wedges will never dissapoint and they spruce up any meal.

  • 900g potatoes, cut into small wedges
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 45ml olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3g salt
  • Fresh rosemary


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir to coat. Place in a single layer in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 246 celsius for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
