And the same atmosphere inspires his daily dish variety.

Chef Ribette's Italian feast provides not only exotic flavor, but also a new understanding of the foods. Stuffed Sole Fillets with Ricotta and Bell Pepper gives a perfect balance of color, taste and nutrition. The home made pasta as a main dish like Baked Cannelloni with Mushroom or Pan-fried Spaghetti with Garlic and Tomato provide strong smells of Mediterranean Sea. At the same time, the thin, crispy capricciosa pizza is quite remarkable, which is roasted in a huge custom brick oven.

Alternatively, the buffet offers Mid Asian style BBQ, German sausage, French snails as well as fresh seafood including oysters, lobster and Japanese sashimi.
